The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the process of building the technical part of the project documentation for the realization of a detached house with two apartments in the village Otradov. The building is architecturally designed so that projects from the rural architecture. The house has a floor with attic and partial basement. Roofing is using two different height shelves. The building is designed structural system Naturblock. This bachelor´s thesis is on theme layers of roof sloping roofs.

Title: Physical, psychological and technical preparation of the rescuer. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to describe the physical, psychological and technical preparation of the rescuer, including the presentation of training examples for the in development. Methods: The method was used to analyze professional literature, the internal regulations of the HZS CR, together with the laws and decrees of the Czech Republic, which deal with the chosen topic of the thesis. Results: The reset of this work is a description of individual disciplines of the admission procedure supplemented with examples of exercises suitable for the development of physical fitness, examples formitigation of psychic stress and description of the individual technical knowledge needed for service at the HZS CR. Stock analysis of the ČEZ

My bachelor work is dedicated to stock and shares analysis of the ČEZ, a.s. The aim of analysis is find an overrated, underrated or correctly rated stock and determine investment recommendation. Part of my work is technical analysis completing investment recommendation with timing. Used evaluation model of the fundamental analysis are free cash flow to equity, Gordon's dividend discount model, P/E ratio and P/BV ratio. There were applied five methotds of technical analysis: methods of exponential moving average, candlestick chart, Bollinger bands, Momentum and relative strength index.

Analysis Stock Unipetrol

The following work is a fundamental analysis of stock exchange title Unipetrol, coded Baunippe. This company is widely known by Czech public and his stocks are quoted on Prague Stock Exchange as well as in RM-System. Stocks are traded in SPAD and KOBOS systems and Unipetrol is also one of the companies who create Index PX. Factors from global, branch and firm's analysis, which influence current stock price, will be examined. Technical analysis, as a part of firm's analysis should help to actual trading and making profit.
